No downtime is expected in the operation of the services.
Due to the update, disk management in terraform via openstack_blockstorage_volume_v2 is no longer supported. To continue managing the infrastructure via terraform on the new backend, you need to use openstack_blockstorage_volume_v3 for disk management.
