Closing version 1.34.* for creating Managed Kubernetes clusters

The problem has been fixed.
The cluster version 1.34 is available for creation again.

Dear customers.

At the moment, we have closed the possibility of creating new clusters of the Managed Kubernetes service on version 1.34 due to errors during their creation.
The clusters that were created earlier are functioning normaly.

Specialists are already aware of the problem and are working to solve it.
