The problem with creating DBaaS clusters in kz-1

When attempting to create a new cluster in the kz-1 availability zones, the process ends with an error. As a result, creating new databases is temporarily unavailable.

Our engineers are urgently conducting diagnostics to identify the cause of the failure. We will make every effort to restore the service as soon as possible.
