Unavailability of api.telegram in Uzbekistan

The issue with the unavailability of the Telegram API in Uzbekistan has been fully resolved. However, a similar situation may potentially occur again in the future, as the blockage was not on our side.

We are taking all necessary measures to prevent such incidents from happening again.

We have carried out joint work with the operators (uplinks) at the data center, and the issue has now been resolved. We will continue monitoring the performance of the Telegram API from Servercore networks.

There are problems with the operation of the api.telegram in the Uzbekistan region.
