Scheduled maintenance of the Cloud platform infrastructure: virtual machines, Managed Databases, and Managed Kubernetes clusters from 2026-10-26 23:00 EAT to 2026-10-27 07:00 EAT

From October 26 at 23:00 to October 27 at 07:00 (UTC+05:00), we will perform a scheduled upgrade of the Cloud platform infrastructure. This maintenance is required to improve service stability.

During the maintenance, Cloud platform hosts in the affected pools will be rebooted. Virtual machines, database clusters, Managed Kubernetes worker nodes and basic clusters will be unavailable for up to 15 minutes.

The maintenance will be carried out sequentially in each pool segment. This will help minimize the impact on the availability of services running on the affected products.

We recommend performing a hard reboot of your virtual machines and checking the port order in advance to ensure that your services recover correctly and are ready for a host reboot.
