Password policy changes

Starting June 27, 2025, the password requirements for service users will change.

The new requirements are

• Minimum length of 20 characters
• Minimum of one uppercase and one lowercase Latin letter (A–Z, a–z)
• Minimum of one Arabic numeral (0–9)
• Minimum of one special character from the ASCII Printable 7-Bit Special Characters list !”#$%&’()*+,-./:;<=>?@[]^_{|}~

These new requirements will only affect new service users. The previously created users will continue to work. No additional actions are required.

If you use IaC to create service users, make sure your manifests, automation, and integration conform to the new password policy requirements.
